As we have never had an EUCR Mixed, we cannot assign bids nicely.
Romania will join us for this tournament, which is great.
So, we have 12 spots and 10 countries:
Cz
Pol
Aut
Sk
Hun
Slo
Bel
Ukr
Hr
Ro
These are 10 countries with probably quite a few of them not attending.
We need to give 2 countries 2 spots in the first place and then also need to have a very exact waiting list order.
What we do:
Rank countries in strength order:
1st: get's a 2nd spot by default
2nd: get's a 2nd spot by default
3rd: get's a 2nd spot if any of the countries doesn't fill any of their spots (first on waiting list)
4th: get's a 2nd spot if any other country doesn't fill any of their spots (second on waiting list)
we go along the list like until 10th team.
If we still have remaining spots, than start again from the 1st place, offering teams that filled 2 spots a 3rd spot, in the order of their rank.
Then the same, offering a 4th spot of teams that filled 3, in the order of their rank.
....
We might won't be oversubscribed, but it can happen.
A very simple method to make the order, which we will use:
1. Everyvery country ranks each country (except theri own) based on their strength in the mixed division, with no ties possible.
2. For every country, we will calculate the mean of their ranks, do a random draw if there is a tie between two or more countrie.
It's not perfect, but we have no good objective way to do it.
So please, each country send back a ranking from 1-9 (NO TIES PLEASE) of all the countries except your own, by 21st of April.
The countries you should rank according to your best approximation of HOW STRONG THEY ARE IN MIXED ULTIMATE (not according to your feelings towards them or anything else):
Cz, Pol, Aut, Sk, Hun, Slo, Bel, Ukr, Hr, Ro
Send your votes to me in PRIVATE, please.
If any contry or anyone wants to inform us about just how great they are in mixed ultimate, it's possible, but please don't start a campaign and arguing here. Let's accept that in this starting year it will be an imperfect process. Next year we can use this year's EUCR's result.
I'm not convinced that the tournament will be oversubscribed, so we might not need to use this ranking at all, in the end.

Расставьте предложенные страны по убыванию уровня игры (1 - самая сильная...9- самая слабая). Учитывается только миксовый дивизион. Если кто знает как эти страны играют в миксе, то напишите пожалуйста. Ответ нужно прислать до 21 апреля.
